Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At THE ANAYA COLLECTIONS, we want you to love what you buy.

If something doesn’t work out, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions. 

We now offer refunds, exchanges, and store credit to ensure you have the best experience possible.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, a refund can be initiated, provided an unboxing video is shared with us within 3 days of delivery.

  • General Returns: If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to our eligibility guidelines.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, all refunds are initiated within 7 working days.


Please Note:

• Refunds (PPCOD Orders): A flat ₹200 will be deducted towards shipping charges, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Coupon Code: If you opt for a store credit, the full amount will be issued as a coupon code for future use.

• Exchange: For general returns, a ₹100 shipping fee will be applicable for the dispatch of the exchanged product.

• Please allow 24–48 business hours to receive a response from our customer care team.

• Kindly pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

• If you suspect that the package has been tampered with or is damaged during delivery, please do not accept the parcel from the courier.


PLEASE PAY ATTENTION.

• Once your return passes our quality check, we will proceed with your exchange, store credit, or refund.

• Replacement is only applicable for damaged or incorrect items, and will be processed after reviewing a valid unboxing video. The replacement will be issued only for the same product.

• In case the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, you may choose between a gift card (store credit) or an instant refund, as per your preference.

• If reverse pick-up is not available for your location/pin code, you will be required to ship the product back using a local courier service. In such cases, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• To be eligible for a free exchange or refund, the unboxing video must clearly show:
 – The sealed outer package
 – The product is being opened
 – All original packaging intact

• After your first return or exchange, all subsequent orders must be placed using a prepaid payment method, regardless of your previous choice (COD or prepaid).


How to use COUPON CODE

  • COUPON CODE can be applied on our website at the checkout page.

  • To utilise the COUPON CODE, which is received via email, you need to select the pay via COUPON CODE option on the checkout page

  • The code will be applied, and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.

  • The validity of the COUPON CODE is 30 days.

  • COUPON CODE is sent to the registered email ID.

  • Expired COUPON CODE cannot be used, and the funds from expired cards will not be reimbursed, credited or reissued. This COUPON CODE is valid for 180 days.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ORDER

To ensure our cherished customers have a hassle-free return experience, we've outlined the steps and guidelines below for returning products purchased from our website:

To return a product, email us at anayacollectionsweb@gmail.com in the following format

Subject: order ID # Return request.

Enter your Order Number

Input your Email ID/Mobile Number

Mention the reason for return and select the product. Additionally, upload a video /photo in accordance with the mentioned reason.

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed. If it meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be accepted within the next 24 hours. If it doesn't meet the criteria, you may receive a rejection message.

After the return process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. Following that, the COUPON CODE will be issued within the next 24 hours, as per your request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS :

  • Items sold under special offers where you have applied a coupon code at checkout are not eligible for returns.
  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are not eligible for return.
  • Items that are personalised or customised are not eligible for returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For all PCOD/COD & Pre-paid orders, please note that once orders are shipped, we won’t be able to cancel.
