Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or sleeping. To prevent tarnishing and damage, store each piece separately in the provided protective bag and box, and gently clean using a non-abrasive polishing cloth. Please note that as our pieces are 18k gold-plated, some natural tarnishing may occur over time with wear, and delicate items like natural stones and pearls require extra care to avoid breakage. Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery on all orders across India, with a small shipping charge applicable for orders under ₹1000. Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–15 days, while personalized items may take 5–21 days. You will receive email and SMS notifications when your parcel is out for delivery, and tracking information will be provided. Please note that for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made to the courier before opening the package. Return/Refund Policy
